Reduced tuition for NY residents?

I just read in a post that if you go to a certain school in Cornell, and are a NYS resident, you get a reduced tuition? I cant seem to find anything on this.. Which Cornell colleges have this?

From Cornell:

Contract colleges or schools at Cornell University were created by an Act of the New York State Legislature and receive direct funding from New York State. The mission of the contract units is linked directly to the economic and social well-being of New York State. Cornell's contract units are:

* College of Human Ecology
* School of Industrial and Labor Relations
* College of Veterinary Medicine

Oh wow that's great. How much would tuition be then? More specifically, for CALS

I suggest that you look at the following site:

Edit: Haha. A second too late. The above poster posted the same link.

My about-to-be-junior son has his eye on Cornell. I never knew about this. He should open his eyes even wider. Cornell at 16K less than Harvard, MIT, or even Cornell, is quite appealing.
