Thanks

I like TD Bank, their rates seem pretty competitive and are all zero points.

I personally prefer a bank having an office we could walk in.

We just locked in a 3.00% refin with $300 total fee. I will PM you the name of the bank.

We tried with Citi a yr. ago, our situation was too complicated. Are restarting the process and it seems like money is moving again… but they have gone from the EZ doc loans ( no verification on anything) to the other extreme. Be prepared. Being self employed and having rental properties - even tho they are completely paid for and cash flow - had made it nearly impossible for us. We have a mortgage on our home because of the deduction.
But, the big picture is that the big banks seem to be lending again.

Why not post it?

Provident funding is for those with good credit history.

Yes, please post bank name. 3% is a great rate.

I’m not looking for private messages or offers to refinance. I would like to know other people’s experiences with current refis. Thanks

I just refinanced with Flagstar bank and got a great rate.

3% for what? 30-year or 15-year. Provident funding has 2.875 for 15 years(I believe 0 points/0 cost).
