<p>What if my essay is a couple of words over? How about a dozen or two? The box still takes the whole thing, but do you think it will be cut off? Or they will look at it and know, or they might have a hidden counter when they get the essay? Will it hurt me to have a little over? :(</p>
<p>I think it will be fine, but you may want to try to shave it down to 300/250.</p>
<p>I still have 400 words to go! (150 done for the second essay)</p>
<p>I have 270 for the 250 at this point, and 301 out of 300. I hope to cut it down soon enough.</p>
<p>Question: Are they going to look at our admissions essays again? I already wrote something similar to the first question for my open-ended UC essay. I kind of want to reuse the conclusion because I liked it a lot.</p>
