<p>So all of my friends are going into LSA for U of M and recieved their packets about class listings and their descriptions a while ago. I’m in engineering and I have not recieved any class listings or anything and I’m kinda worried because I have orientation this weekend and I want to have some idea what classes I want to register for before i get there. </p>
<p>I was just wondering if all the engineers got the class descriptions and such or whether we just find out about all our classes at orientation.</p>
<p>i did not get any class descriptions yet either but i’m OOS. but just so you know the curriculum for engineering is fairly rigid in the sense that the curriculum is very laid out and most of your classes will be the same as other engineering students. that is my GUESS why we did not receive a class description packet yet</p>

<p>yes, it says lsa course guide but if you look closely, the engineering fields are there too. just click “class search” for fall 2009 (or whatever term) and then click on your field, and look. you’ll probably be taking lots of lsa classes your first year as well.</p>
<p>engineering 101 is under “ENGR”.</p>
<p>somewhere on the engineering website (use google…) they have pdfs of the class requirements for each engineering major. good luck!</p>
