<p>are u an incoming freshman? Usually you register for classes during your orientation. I registered during fall orientation,so it was like 1 week before classes start. They say all the classes are taken, but not true, i got an override from my advisor when a class was closed.</p>
<p>^do you remember when they sent you the summer brochure? I’m still waiting for it even though I paid my deposit like a month ago. I need to get it so I can email them to request fall orientation.</p>

<p>Sounds like you’re a freshman, because a lot of people are starting to register. You will register at you’re orientation – obviously the earlier your date, the better. Don’t worry too much… unless you have a lot of AP credit somewhere and you’re trying to get into upper level classes. I got all of the classes I wanted 1st semester of UM (except for upper level Econ, all closed before I could get to campus), but I was also able to pull off ~June 16th orientation/registration.</p>
<p>You can always waitlist for a class. In my experience you’ll get in off of the waitlist 90% of the time, especially for science/psych classes in a big lecture hall.</p>

<p>Current freshmen are probably registering this week… I’m surprised you aren’t aware of this. Check out wolverine access (enrollment dates).</p>
<p>current freshman will start next week or the week after depending on how many credits you came in with. check WA and it will give you the day and time your registration opens. Be sure to register as soon as it opens or you may not get the classes you want.</p>
