<p>My D will possibly be at the state track finals 150 miles away, on the same date as the ACT. Is it possible to register for the test in the city we live in, as well as where the track finals are held ? She won’t know until the day before the exam whether she will be in the finals or not. I called ACT but the person I talked to didn’t seem to understand the problem and didn’t offer a good solution. I’m willing to pay for both testing centers, but he couldn’t tell me whether it was possible or not.</p>
<p>The ACT rep suggested transferring to the correct location, but the deadline for that is a week before she will know if she even qualifies for the state finals. Standby isn’t a good answer because we want to be assured she can take the test.</p>
<p>She is completing an ACT review course just before the June exam, so we want to take the exam to maximize the outcome.</p>
