When I registered for the ACT in June of 2011 I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t be able to take the test for extenuating circumstances. I had asked them to send my scores to four colleges.

Now, while doing college applications, I have run into a dilemma:

Do I report those ACT scores? On the ACT website it says that there was no answer document received, which is true.

Does this mean that the ACT automatically sent 0’s to my colleges?

And does the ACT send these scores if I didn’t take the test?

And most importantly:
Should I tell the colleges that I took the ACT and got 0s,(in which case they would need me to send them score reports(gasp, money!)) or should I let it be. My problem is that the four colleges the ACT would have supposedly sent my scores to are also those I most want to get into.

Thanks for answering.
