<p>your schedule is not entirely self-determined. your classes will likely be tweaked by your advisor based on your anticipated major and the requirements to fulfill it within a given time frame. For example, Chem Majors who enter as juniors having satisfied most of the core at a previous school will be detracted from initially taking humanities courses. For me it’s really a time game to fulfill my major’s requirements, unless you don’t have a specific time-frame for graduation or will be attending part time. Also, most classes are full by now including all Art and Music Hum so I would not anticipate getting your ideal “time” or “preference” schedule.</p>
<p>You’ll be in a tough spot this semester, but after that you’ll be golden. One class will be University Writing, the rest are up to you. The advice iggs listed will be perfect for you. </p>
