<p>Out of these four classes, which two would you recommend signing up for on my first pass?</p>

<p>Eng Comp 3
Physics 1B
Physics 4AL
Math 33A</p>

<p>I hear 4AL fills quickly, and I notice there are way less spots in 4AL than there are in 1B. I have to do comp 3 by the end of my first year, which means by spring quarter, so I can’t NOT get in to that class. Math 33A looks like it’s filling quickly, so I’m tempted to enroll in that one over comp 3 (I almost didn’t get into 32B this quarter from putting it off til second pass). What would you recommend? Is Eng comp 3 easy to get into from the waitlist or from PTE numbers?</p>

<p>always, always sign up for the classes with the fewest spaces first. no matter what. </p>

<p>in big classes, even if they get filled it’s more likely that a greater number of people will drop, maybe even before the class starts (and thereby allowing waitlisted people automatic registration).</p>

<p>Leave 1B for last. English Composition 3 is hard to get with an easy professor.</p>
