registering for common app

<p>I’m a junior right now, and I’m wondering about registering on the common application website, even though I won’t be applying to colleges for several months. Will signing up now affect me negatively in any way? Or should I wait until I begin actually applying to join the common app website? I ask this mostly because I’m really curious as to what the supplements for various colleges are (such as Stanford) and i can’t access them unless I register. </p>

<p>The supplements don’t open until later in the summer for the 08-09 app season. Definitely no positives. No negatives; it’s just pointless unless you want to look at the general essays which I’m pretty sure are the same every year.</p>
