Registration Holds (Immunization)

<p>If anyone is still around, I have a question for fellow transfer students: Have you taken care of any registration holds?</p>

<p>I’ve gotten conflicting responses on an immunization hold on my Registration page on WebPortal. I’m an upper division transfer.</p>

<p>The attendant at the info booth at the [health</a> services building](<a href=“http://shs.sdsu.edu/shsHome.asp]health”>http://shs.sdsu.edu/shsHome.asp) told me in person I had to wait until the semester began while the website says I can’t register until the hold is cleared. Some sites say I can clear it during my first semester at SDSU while the [url=<a href=“http://www.sa.sdsu.edu/nspp/orientation/transfer/tip-reg-system.html]Orientation[/url”>http://www.sa.sdsu.edu/nspp/orientation/transfer/tip-reg-system.html]Orientation[/url</a>] website says I have to clear it ahead of time. What gives?</p>

<p>Any experiences?</p>

<p>I actually just personally talked to them, the woman I was on the phone said as long as it’s in within the first semester, you should be fine. It also shouldn’t restrict you from signing up for classes for your first semester, only the second if you don’t turn them in. You can fax them (619-594-7469) with your RedID, phone number, and address. </p>
