<p>There are those schools where there is a single stream of a given program available, yet their regular program for a given field is considered “honors” elsewhere. That, to the eyes of the faculty at my school, my own Physics program would be best compared to a program like Rutgers honors or Schreyer College at PSU (for a physics major). Or McGill’s honors stream. </p>
<p>Here’s my question: is it normal that one school’s regular program would be considered honors elsewhere?</p>
