<p>assistant in art school- twice a week

  • i am majoring in journalism; with an intent to go to law school; however this may change. nonetheless, i am wondering if the journalism major is seen as a plus in the more technological oriented schools like lehigh; lafayette, etc. </p>

what i thought was a really good essay; b/c my college counselor fell in love with it; but maybe she doesnt know what shes talking about. i wrote about politics but i didnt side with any party at all; i just mentioned why i like it and my experience with it. i thought it was entertaining. -ahh maybe i should rewrite; write about something safe like my life through movies??

<p>Your list shows a good range of competitiveness and should yield multiple options this spring. You might also consider Scripps school of journalism at Ohio University. </p>

<p>If you have’nt looked at your essay in a while, look at it as dispassionately as possible now. It’s probably fine if your GC loved it - but you may find an area to tweak it a bit. Don’t leave out the step of reading it out loud!</p>

<p>I applied GW ED I and just got in. I LOVE it. It is such an incredible school. I suggest applying there ED II.</p>

<p>People need to stop complaining about not gettin in ED, especially if its a reach school. So it better not have been a reach for you. At my school i hear enough from people with 1100s SATs and 3.0 gpa with no honors or ap classes and bitching about not gettingot northwestern…</p>
