<p>For BC, they don’t really much of an emphasis on locale when deliberating on admissions. At least, that is my impression of it.</p>

<p>Dear colleges00701 : Your class rank is a problem based on the limited data. Given the cohort group rejections you have listed, perhaps BC will be no better than a waitlist offering. Something else much be happening in your application to get across the board rejections with a 1500/1600 board score. None the less, good luck and please let us know how you made out.</p>
