Relationship between pre-mba industry experience and post-mba industry placement...

<p>Here’s my question…</p>

<p>If I worked in a non-finance industry…say, Economic Development…for 2-4 years, and then got accepted into a TOP notch business school…say, Harvard…after graduating, would I still have the option to go into Finance?</p>

<p>Do recruiters REALLY care about your pre-MBA experience, or are they just recruiting the top graduates from the top business schools?</p>
