Would you says that all subject tests are relative?

For example: Do you think a 750 in Bio M shows the same level of mastery as a 750 in Physics or Math Lvl 2.

Nope; the percentile levels for each test tell the entire story.

Not only do the percentile levels for each test tell the entire story, but certain tests (like Math Level 2 and Languages) might be viewed higher since the recommended preparation is at least 3 years for these tests while for others like US History and World History it is only 1 year.

Perhaps I am wrong, but I picked up US History review books a month before the test (without having studied history in years) and though it was relatively easier than the SAT of Spanish, which I have been studying for a long time, so it seems to make sense.

So therefore a 690 in Lit would show better mastery of the subject than a 750 in Physics due to percentiles?
(80%ile vs 75%ile)

Yes, that is what he is saying, but it’s not necessarily that clear-cut when comparing something like Literature versus Physics. Perhaps Physics vs. Chemistry or a more direct comparison like that would show a clearer relationship.
