As an avid long time “power napper” (as in: Give me just 15-20 min and I’ll return bright-eyed and bushy-tailed!), I’m just going to agree. It’s a mind/body reset for me. But “relax”? not really–just better time management between brain and body. Guess body “reboot” is a good word.
I think it’'s more a matter of extreme focus on the task at hand which all those professions have oodles of need. I tend to “procrastinate” about some work projects but honestly I spend more time mulling over how I want to accomplish something in the best way possible before I start and then take very little actual time accomplishing those tasks once started. The “homework” has already been done. It’s total focus on the work once I start on the project.
