<p>I decided I’m gonna live off-campus instead of on-campus this year, so I need to fill out that release from housing petition. However, it asks me for ‘documentation.’ What exactly do they mean/need? A copy of my lease agreement or something?</p>

<p>@RioBravo, are you absolutely sure this is what you want to do? Dorm life can be a great experience freshman year. Once you move off campus, it’s a ONE WAY street, there’s no going back.</p>
<p>I’m a rising second semester sophomore (AP credits and the summer classes I just finished added up to a semester’s worth of credits), and I commuted last year. I’d love to live on-campus but alas some situations have changed and long story short I need to lease an apartment/room in a house in order to keep my residency status.</p>
