<p>Some advice I received recently has me looking at terminal PoliSci MA options that feed into great PhD programs.</p>
<p>Marquette seems to send a lot of their terminal MAs on to top tier PhD programs. Are there any other programs that do so reliably?</p>
<p>As a corrolary question, if it is easier to get into MA programs at great schools, does it make sense to apply for an MA at the schools I’d ultimately pursue for PhD work? Obviously, most schools won’t let you apply to both at once.</p>
