<p>Waited too long to order this phone and now it’s out been out of stock for over a week. Does anyone have an reliable information about when it might be available? It is not offered in the stores and those folks have barely heard of it. Trying to get customer service is a nightmare. A lucky online chat with a service person told me 4 or 5 days and that was moer than a week ago. Any tricks for talking to a live person. We do have an account with Verizon. Thanks.</p>
