I feel like I’m relying too much on the internet, but it seems to be the simplest way for me to complete some assignments. Do y’all use Google, Wikipedia, etc a lot for some classes?
For example, I’m trying to do an assignment and I wrote down all the variables given, but I could not figure out how to solve for the unknown. I consulted my notes. I flipped through the textbook. Could not see the equation I needed. I just typed in Google “how to find change in volume from temperature and calories” and easily and quickly obtained the needed equation. Obviously tons of people completed college before the advent of the internet. Maybe professors taught differently back then.

The internet can be useful (math help on the internet is usually of high quality) however you may be in trouble if the internet does not match how your teacher wants things done. This can even be true with math - so I would suggest you exhaust the teacher’s material first before going to the internet

I’m kinda in the same situation. I uses the internet to find hints or possible solutions to homework problem that aren’t even MENTIONED by the teacher nor the book. However what I’m planning to do is approach the teacher or Teaching assistance long before the HW is due. It should help.
