Remembering techniques for the test?

<p>In the heat of the moment, I have sometimes forgotten to implement my strategies for different sections/tests. Any suggestions?</p>

<p>Take some time, a half minute or so, during each section and do something that relaxes you. Give your self a neck message, whatever. Try to focus on positive thoughts…youre smart, you can do this, you will succeed. </p>

<p>Stress is good to a point, but it sounds like your moments are having too much heat.</p>
