Reminder Letter

<p>I have recently sent some letters to colleges, but I did not receive any response. I could not find any template for a reminder letter, so I wrote a reminder myself. I am open for feedback!</p>

<p>My Name is Xxxx Yyyyy, I am student from Xxx, XX and I am interested in attending XX in the fall term 2013. I have sent you an E-Mail a couple of weeks ago, and I just wanted to ensure that you received my message. Therefore I would kindly request a confirmation mail from you."</p>

<p>What do you expect colleges to email you? The standard is to apply this coming fall/winter to the colleges you hope to attend, and then wait for their acceptance letter or denial. Look on all the websites so you know how to apply, important dates, etc, take your final SAT/ACT tests, keep track of everything, and talk to your parents about what they can afford when it comes to college costs. Be sure that you apply to some schools you know you can absolutely afford whether you get financial aid or not. Good luck.</p>
