<p>Sorry I haven’t been to the forum lately. I’m graduating this semester while working 2 jobs and taking 20 credits, so time is not widely available.</p>
<p>I have friends who live in Elkins, just went to a Halloween party at one of the apartments actually. One of them left and got none of their security deposit back. Another when they told me they lived there said “don’t rent from them”.
