I got 28 on the test, as they included manchego.
Cheese is my go to quick protein, which I arrived at after WW. Better than many carbs. Low fat Jarlesberg from TJs or Costco is quite satisfying. I also use the pre sliced low fat sharp cheddar at times. I am addicted as well, though try to minimize it aside from the low fat versions and romano or feta on vegetables.
