I recently was notified of the scholarships that I have recieved from GA Southern. However, their reply date is February 1 which is before I will hear back from my RD schools.
These are the colleges I’ve been accepted to:
New College of Florida
St. John’s College ($20,000 merit offer)
GA Southern (Honor college and $7,000 merit offer (1yr)
My RD schools:
UChicago
Reed College
GA Tech
I’m probably not going to get into all of, or any, my RD schools, but I would like to see all of the merit and financial aid offered before I make my final decision. I’m still waiting for my financial aid packages from all of my EA schools. GA Southern is my safety school and will only cost around $5000 for the first year (but will be higher after the merit aid ends).
What would be the best course of action to take to make sure that I still can keep my GA Southern offer?
