<p>It depends.</p>
<p>For the FAFSA, you will report the parent with whom you reside…And their spouse if they are married.</p>
<p>For schools requiring the Profile (you mention Columbia in a number of your posts, and they require the Profile)…many profile schools require the non-custodial parent Profile. If that is the case, your non-custodial parent will be expected to complete it in most cases.</p>
