<p>What type of classes are they? Are they non-credit ones like those “learning-for-fun” classes or are they transferable to the UC’s? If they are transferable and you are enrolled for the spring semester, you might be in trouble. If you go through with those classes, I don’t think you will be considered a freshman applicant. If you have already taken classes for Fall 2010, you are not a freshman applicant. </p>

<p>The best thing to do would be to call them directly and ask them about the situation. See if they’ll let you drop the classes if its not to late or something like that. Its better to take care of it now than to have them think you are lying later on. Good luck.</p>
