<p>i just requested my transcripts and all it asks for is the schools name and address im sending them to…my question is, do they know my birthdate and social security number, and FULL NAME? on my college site account it has my first and last name then my middle initial…so i was wondering if they will put those on my transcript or not? im from a community college.thanks</p>
<p>Its not too hard to match them up. Don’t sweat the middle initial vs full middle name deal, they’ll take care of it :)</p>

<p>jayhawk - can’t you get an actual copy of your transcript from your school - free or nearly free? It’s a good thing to have. Once you see it, if you don’t feel it has enough identifying information, you can always call your transfer schools and make sure the transcript made it to your file.</p>
<p>I think it will, though. After all, your app has your name and your current school. How many kids with your name and your current school do you think are applying to transfer to the same schools as you ;)?</p>
