Requirements for Graduate Schools in US?

One of my friends have already finished an undergraduate school in Industrial Chemistry and is now pursuing a master’s degree in a country called Myanmar. She now wants to study abroad in US but does not want to go to undergraduate school again. Is it possible for the graduate schools here in the US to accept people with bachelor’s from other countries? If yes, what else might she need to get into the graduate school?

Yes, they do that all the time. She will likely need to take the GRE and the TOEFL exams, and beyond that she would be better off asking the schools she hopes to attend.

In the US, universities put the admission requirements on their websites. However minimum requirements are often not sufficient as there is limited availability. More self research is required. Foreign undergraduate degrees and also Master’s degrees can be and are acceptable but the institution must be of some acceptable credibility and sufficient academic standing.
