<p>How many AP credits do I need to apply in UC Berkely?</p>

<p>There are no AP class requirements. That being said, you would need to take the most rigorous classes available at your HS, so that you can be competitive taking AP classes is essential. If your HS does not offer classes, you will not be penalized however if your school offers many, you will be expected to have several on your transcript. Average around 6-8 AP’s. </p>
