Rescind with BAD ACT Score

My Daughter was accepted early to Michigan State University with a 3.9 GPA and only a 23 on her ACT. She took the ACT again while waiting to be accepted and surprisingly, they accepted her while she was waiting for the second ACT score to come in. The new score came in and it was worse…a 19. Can they rescind your acceptance based on a bad ACT score? Or do they only look at the highest score achieved? (Both scores were sent to MSU)

I do not think they will.

No. They accepted her based on the 23. They’ll use that.
