Do you think Berkeley has already sent out the letters for rescinding people?

I don’t think they like to rescind people, because it hurts them too. They had a place for you, now you are gone. If you are that worried, you can take your chances and call in and check.

Why does one need a formal letter? Can’t you just assume your rescinded if you get below a 3.0 or get Ds or Fs? This is not meant to be a sarcastic question.

No sometimes the school will make exceptions for people and allow them one D or have a GPA below 3.0 if you inform them early enough and the admissions office allows them not to be rescinded.

I think as long as your transcripts and AP scores are finalized then you don’t need to worry.

Yes, people have been recinded already. Mostly the people who have failed to send in thier trasncripts.

That’s somewhat scary because one of my transcripts still is not in the system. When i call them to ask about it they just tell me stuff like if it’s not there than it’s probably not updated yet.
