Research/Internships with LATE APPLICATION DEADLINE

So i just got rejected from one of the research programs i was going to be in, and i don’t have a back up. I was wondering if there are any research/internship opportunities that i could still apply to, please help me!!

You give us nothing to work with. Major? What year in college? Paid/unpaid? Any geographic restrictions?

I’m sorry! Chemistry Major, sophomore, can be paid/ unpaid, preferably close to Tennessee, but anywhere would be nice!

http://glaquarium.org/about-us/jobs-and-internships/. You could do the water quality internship because there is a lot of chemistry with that. Depending if you like animals you may be able to combine two of the internships.

This is in the gorgeous Great Lakes area of Minnesota. The universities have large student populations so I think you could get a sublet. There would also be seasonal jobs like waiting on tables or retail.

If your college has grant stipends for doing an unpaid internship at a non profit, get an application in.

I’d keep applying, but technical internships are long shots unless you have a connection. You’d be FAR better off to ask family and friends, to ask their family and friends.

For future reference, plan on being rejected from most positions you apply to. It’s not that you aren’t qualified. It’s that the system is messed up. Two students at Georgia Tech developed a single internship application after one of them applied to over 100 positions and heard back from 3. He had 23 different cover letters and resumes, tailored to each position type!

Apply to as many as your schedule will allow.
