Research Seminar?

<p>Can anyone tell me what a research seminar is? I’m currently at 12 units, trying to get one more to boost it up to 13. I am tryign to choose between these classes at the moment:</p>

ASTRONOMY 292 P 007 SEM “ISM/Star Formation”

<p>Can anyone tell me a little more about what a research seminar is? Is it some kind of graduate class or something else. For the 007 class, the catalog description shows two hours of lecture per week, but on the schedule, it only shows M 3 - 4, for one hour of lecture.</p>
