<p>I will be matriculating to Wesleyan next year as an economics major. I am especially interested in development and have done a lot of independent studying in this area. Although I am asking very early, and the consensus seems to be that freshmen usually can’t get involved, how does one approach an opportunity to do a research project? I know Wes is known for its undergrad research opportunities and I’d like to take advantage of this asap.</p>
