This company guarantee that my son’s linens would arrive a week before he left for school and here we are at the end of that week and nothing. They have the worst customer service. I was told that a supervisor would be calling me back within one hour and I would be priority upon her return. After several hours and hearing nothing back I called and asked to speak to that supervisor only to be informed that she had been in the hospital for several days so they do not know to whom it was that I was speaking but it was not her. They promised to issue a refund within 24 hours and that has not happened either. They were supposed to drop ship it to our house and then once it arrives put a new label on it and send it to our son at school. Instead they sent it to a FedEx location 35 miles from our home and expected me to go there and pay for additional shipping to him. So as I said on the phone on Eternal hold with this company I am beyond frustrated. No one has bothered to apologize for any of this. Save yourselves the time and hassle and don’t deal with this company
