Residency Analysis Form, anyone else got it?

<p>My daughter was admitted to NB a few days ago and yesterday we got a several page long “Residency Analysis Form” in the mail to fill out. We’ve been NJ residents for 12.5 years, her school transcript covers 3 years in a NJ school, what on earth is it all about? Is everyone who’s admitted expected to fill it out or is it just my daughter, does it mean she’s got some kind of discrepancies in her file? </p>
