We live in NYS. Next year I am relocating to another state for work but my family will continue to live in NYS. I will not be filing NYS income taxes next year but my son will still graduate from a NYS high school next year. Will he be able to get in-state tuition at SUNY even if I am filing my return in a different state? Thanks
