<p>hey i have lived in north carolina all my life until my sophmor year…im now a rising senior in virgina. And we own a house in NC and pay taxes and my dad works in NC…my questiion is if ive been attending a virginia high school but we own a house and pay NC taxes will i be considered NC instate tuition or out ofstate? thanx</p>
