When is the earliest that one usually finds out if they were accepted into a residential program? (I submitted my housing application around the April 20th if that matters)

It comes out with all of the other housing information, so I’m guessing early June? Although I think some people said they heard back towards the end of May…

Last year the date was June 5th.

Thanks! I can’t wait :D

whats the acceptance rate for most these programs? i applied to the law/society one in fisher and im wondering what my chances are

I too was wondering about the acceptance rates if anybody knows even approximately. I applied to Law & Society and Women in Leadership.

I also applied to Law & Society - my impression is that that program in particular receives a lot of applications for many reasons; however, some of the applicants probably don’t have in interest in the program (they just want to get into the quad - law and society has no “required” events, so once you are in the program you do not technically have to be involved at all), which will most likely be evident in their essays. Additionally, Law & Society is one of the largest residential programs, so my guess is the acceptance rate for students with a legitimate interest is probably fairly high; unfortunately, I have no data to back up that assumption, only discussion w/ current students and my assumptions.
