Residual ACT

Is the residual ACT easier? I’ve been reading forums and have also heard that the residual is easier than the national test. I had a friend who took it, and she said that it was easier, and she even got a better score. Has anybody here taken the residual?

what is a residual?

we have state mandated testing. is that what you’re talking about?

no it’s not a state mandated test. it is the ACT test, but it is not given on the national test date. you go to the college you are going to take this test.

Here’s information on it: [ACT Information Services : Residual Testing](http://www.act.org/aap/infosys/residual.html)

I wouldn’t think so… or else everyone would rush to the college he/she wants to go to and get a 36.

im still confused… why would you want to take the act again after already getting into college? for scholarships?

if i just get one more point higher, i get everything paid for

very sick. best of luck.
