I have a BS in Industrial Engineering and the plan is to work my way up the company ladder to upper management. What would be more respected for a position of upper management an MS in IE or an MBA in management? I have seen combined courses but can only take them online due to my current location. I have the choice of taking online MS in IE, online MBA, or going to a local respected “b” school for MBA.
