Looking for recommendations for good food, atmosphere, and service in Monaco/Monte Carlo. Tough crowd of five family members including an 18 year old steak and potato lover. I’ve been to Monaco a few times, but remember the food as nothing special even at nice restaurants. It seems like such a captive audience that most places are mediocre due to lack of competition.
