Restriction/Authorization code for webreg

<p>I am trying to add a class to my schedule via webreg, but it says I need an authorization code. The restriction on the class on “schedule of classes” says “C&X” and it says I need to go to the department to get one. The class is Visual Media 85A and I don’t need any prereqs for it, so if I go to the department, do they just give you a code or did you need to take visual media classes in high school?</p>

<p>EDIT: I actually have no idea where to get the authorization code. That was for hum core…oops. So where do I get it?</p>

<p>Oh, you can only take that class if you’re in chp??? Because no, I’m not. But even for hum core it said you had to have an authorization code, and I’m taking that, so idk…</p>

<p>You get authorization codes from the Dept. office or sometimes from the Prof.</p>
