If you are applying to a restrictive scholarship via early action, that does not allow you to apply to any binding early decision universities. Can you still apply to Questbridge without violating the condition of the restrictive scholarship? Also via Questbridge, can you rank duke as number one (duke is binding early decision). Does that violate the condition of the restrictive scholarship.
