Alright, so i submitted my application to UF at the begining of the year like most of you. Since then however, I had to leave Key Club and could not do a few things that i originally put on my application due to time restraints. To make matters worse, i said at the time that i was a part of the National history honors society when in reality, i just found out that it was technically our school’s “social studies honors society”. I think im a pretty strong applicant (4.9 gpa, 11 Aps, 29 act), but im pretty worried about the fact that i ll get accepted there because of things i didnt do, such as the examples i listed above. What should i do??

Ugh… Give it up. :o The decisions have already been made. If you think they’re going to care about the matters you’ve stated, then you’re delusional. Anyway, I recall UF saying they wouldn’t “check” to see if your ECs were accurate, so I doubt that they will place much value on them in their decision.

If you are in, it’s not because of a beneficial misinterpretation or an extended stay in the Key Club- trust me.
