<p>IS it necessary to submit resume with my application? somebody said it would help, others said it would hurt. very confused.

<p>Not sure how you would even go about doing that. What do you have on your resume that isn’t mentioned in the Common App?</p>

<p>yes. I can only list 10 activities in the form. I still have some clubs and rewards ( not big rewards)not mentioned.</p>

<p>you do not need to submit your resume.</p>

<p>Resumes are overrated. You should be able to list all your accomplishments, awards etc… on the common application. There is a reason why schools like MIT do not accept resumes, and why the common app has now made it extra difficult for students to submit resumes to most schools. I would not worry about it.</p>
