<p>I wouldn’t worry too much about the substance. Most undergrad schools don’t look at the resume for any reason other than to see that you have had a committed involvement with performing over a period of time. The resume does not play a major role in how the school evaluates you for admission. I would change some of the formating and add some details such as dates, locations etc.</p>
