I just got my results from my second SAT, and I’m not sure if I should retake or not. I’m applying to many good universities, such as Dartmouth and UChicago.
I know a 2200 is pretty good, but the breakdown is not so good: 680 R, 760 M, 760 W. The first time I took my SAT I did even worse on reading
Is it worth it to retake it, or does it look bad to take it 3 times??
If you think you can get the reading up to ~750, then take it again. 3 times is the max and after that, don’t take it again.
